About
A studio built on craftsmanship
Avenue Home Design & Build is a general contracting and design-build firm based in Naples, Florida.
Our story
From Chicago to Naples, one standard
Founded by Daniel and Marta Swierczek, the company began in Chicago and now calls Naples home. Together they bring decades of construction and design experience to every project, from a cabinet refinish to a new residence.
Daniel leads construction as the firm's licensed general contractor. Marta brings more than twenty years in construction and design to the way projects are planned, presented, and finished.
What we believe
Building should be a rewarding experience for everyone on the team: clients, designers, architects, and trades.
How we work
Attention to detail, in the drawings and on site
We treat the contract and the finish carpentry with the same care. Clients receive clear scopes, allowances, and payment schedules before the first day on site, and the design intent is carried through by the people who build it.
Avenue Home Design & Build LLC is a Florida Certified General Contractor, license CGC1533152, and is fully insured.
